It all begins in the rich soils of the valley near the volcano in Tequila, where the blue agaves grow at their pace,
aligned, strong, majestic, but in their own humble way, permanently elevate their stalks towards the sky,
expressing their adoration towards the sun, who gave them life.
Just like that days, months, years go by. Always under careful care of the Mexican workers who every dawn
patiently clean the land and the agave, ensuring that nothing gets in their way from the very moment they are
sowed to seven years later, when reach their peak growth and forever leave the fertile soil, and allow the
miracle that they were destined to become happen, the miracle of tequila.
Once selected, with great precision and in an uniform matter, in the same way their ancestors once did, the
jimador, using a specialized hoe called “coa”, cuts the stalk until they free the heart of the agave plant from
Once in the distillery, the hearts are cut and piled inside a traditional brick oven, where they are slowly cooked
until the agave caramelizes and it releases all its rich sugars.
When cooled, the cooked agave is milled to extract the juice from the fiber, which contains the base that is
needed to begin fermentation, the sugars split into alcohols and the liquid acquires its ancient essence.
Under the care of the Master Distiller; once in the stills, the best spirits of alcohol are freed then captured,
purifying it, yet maintaining its body and aroma.
Adoro Silver is ran three times in the process of distillation, each time allows it to delicately soften its taste.
Adoro Reposado and Añejo are transferred to white oak barrels, and then aged in the shadows under carefully
controlled temperature and humidity. It is at this point, that the contact with the fine wood imprints our tequilas
with its fine color and unique characteristics.
